WHAT IS ZEBCO’S RETURN POLICY?

Unused items purchased from this website may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges.

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Zebco or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and consumer is responsible for shipping costs on return and/or exchange requests.

Zebco will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address, so please retain your tracking information.

 

Zebco reserves the right to enforce a 20% return fee if:

  1. Orders/Items are refused upon delivery
  2. Returns are made without authorization
  3. Returns are made past the 30-day return window
  4. Items not returned in their original packaging

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Replacement part orders placed directly with our Consumer Services Department cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. All replacement part sales are final. 

ALL returns require a Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please start a return below or contact us at 800-588-9030, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST.

If a product arrives damaged or your order is incorrect in any way, please submit a claim HERE or contact us at 800-588-9030 or email.zebco@zebco.com.

We kindly request that any items purchased from any physical store locations be returned to those locations, rather than through the website's return process.
